Description
The people that meet up everyday at the bar in Casa da Música, the skaters that slide in its travertine marble square, or the ones that have seen its silhouette painted on the side of a tourist bus, have already noticed that the city has gained more than just a concert hall. Architects don’t just design shapes. They invite visitants to see or to revisit this irregular polyhedron, in the way that a building can definitely contribute to the urban dynamic much more extensively than the program it houses.
