Description
Houses built in the street front are common in Porto, hiding indoor gardens that, on the whole, transform the block in a private pillow of green, with support annexes, here and there. The Correia Ragazzi house tries to subvert this typology: the annexes at the end of the garden are the extension of the house itself. The idea of interior is reinforced with the main elevations completely closed off and covered with tiles, and the garden becoming an elegant patio and water tank. A typological essay with a surprising result.
