Description
The Aleixo office building is certainly the only place in the world where two Pritzker Awards divide a condo, in a sort of “co-op” of architects and engineers. The land bought, the “co-operatives” made a competition between Fernando Távora, Álvaro Siza and Eduardo Souto Moura, and the collective decided the winner would be Siza. The building of Siza is perfectly identifiable, on a higher level than the river and Ouro Street. Besides going in the building and its common spaces, the visitors will have the unique opportunity to visit the office of Souto Moura, that opens up generously its doors.
