Description
During more than one hundred years of existence, this small palace has served many uses, from home to library, to housing the headquarters of several associations. It makes sense that its future fate will be serving the County’s House of Memory. The building that will now open its doors is empty at the moment, after many necessary infrastructure and accessibility renovation works. The sensibility of this intervention, coordinated by Ana Crista from the services of the Municipality, maintained the essential original characteristics (decorated ceilings, tiles and woods). Before this palace becomes an exhibition space, this is a unique opportunity to look for the memories that the building keeps in itself.
