Description
It is important to visit this group of buildings in Lavadores, a good example when it comes to the occupation of the riverfront, which has happened at random, throughout the whole north cost, with gated community buildings, too big and disturbing comparing with the old summer houses. A good example of construction and also formal quality. In this case it’s the different designs of the buildings, outside green spaces, the L shape, the blades that create shadows on the west and the elevations closed off to the orient, that define this singular intervention. The grid system of the buildings allows a transparent ground floor, different typologies in each floor, and finished off with the traditional penthouse at the top with a stunning view.
